I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Rome for a few days. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, even waiting for my late arrival without charging extra. They allowed me to keep my luggage in the room until my departure in the afternoon. The room, though small, was comfortable and had a good bed for a peaceful sleep. The best part was the delicious breakfast offered each morning. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.
Would definitely recommend!

The room was spacious and well-decorated, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options that satisfied everyone in the family. The location was ideal, just a short 10-minute walk from the train station, and surrounded by great restaurants for convenient dining. Our children particularly loved being able to surf the web with the reliable Wi-Fi provided.
My wife says that she wished there were more child-friendly amenities available for families with younger children.

I had a pleasant stay at a small, simple room with a window facing the hallway. Although it couldn't be opened, the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small, but manageable. The location was a bit noisy and far from the city center, but overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Located in the heart of the city center, this hotel is a perfect base for exploring Rome. It is just a short walk from the metro station and Termini Station, making it convenient for getting around the city. The rooms are cozy and well-kept, with comfortable beds and clean showers. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Breakfast is tasty and there is a kitchen area available for guests to use. the location and facilities make it a great choice for a stay in Rome.
One downside is that the rooms can be a bit noisy at times, particularly during the daytime due to the nearby tram line. However, this is not likely to be a major issue for most guests, as they are usually out exploring the city during the day.

The guestrooms at Locanda Sant'Anna are amazing! They have everything you need, like a laptop-friendly workspace and air conditioning. Plus, the free WiFi is a big bonus for someone like me who loves to stay connected. The private bathrooms in each room are well-equipped with free toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer. It's so convenient to have these amenities right in the room. I loved that each room has a flat-screen TV. It made my evenings so enjoyable, just relaxing and watching my favorite shows. Another great thing is that the rooms are air-conditioned. This was a lifesaver, especially in the hot weather of Rome. The view of the internal corridor from my room was lovely. It gave a cozy, homely vibe to the place.
Personally, I found the mini bar in the room unnecessary. But hey, I understand that some people might enjoy it.

The room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. the Italian style breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The location was a bit far from the center of the city and required a 10-15 minute walk to reach the nearest metro station. the lack of signage made it difficult to find the hotel, causing some uncertainty and unease.
